Transportation is one of the biggest hurdles for single moms working toward stability. This 3-month program offers a unique opportunity for moms to receive reliable, safe transportation to their place of employment, while they continue to save for their own wheels. Three months of getting to work on time, three months of stable employment, a lifetime of hope and security.

No car, no problem!
MOMentum began providing rides to/from work for income-eligible single moms (and rides to school/daycare for their kids) in early 2024 in Omaha, Nebraska. Moms are able to receive one month of rides at no cost, and then provided an option to continue for two more months at a highly discounted rate.
Many of the moms who have participated in the Rides to Work program for a full three months have been able to save enough money to purchase a vehicle.
